1. Time to return products.
Because our products are made from natural material which are easily to be burn or get mouldy if you don’t keep them in good condition (low humidity, not too high temprature – less then 40 Celcious Degree). All the buyers have to notify us in 3 days right since receiving products about any problems and issues of products. Out of this period, we shall not take any responsibility of your any issues relating to products.
2. How will buyers receive the refund?
Buyers please provide Paypal account for refund. Please notice that we only refund via Paypal. The refund shall be done in 7 working days when both parties agree amount of refund.
3. Who pays for shipping to return the product?
Buyers please pay for shipping fee when return products.
